- In-Store Pickup: For certain products, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse or office during business hours.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. We work with trusted courier partners to keep your products safe in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

- Exchanges for reasons like change of mind are generally not accepted to help keep prices fair for everyone.
- Return Costs:
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping cost.
- If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Standard Delivery in Bangladesh:
We deliver nationwide using Sundarban Courier Service, one of the most trusted couriers in Bangladesh. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Bangladesh Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions on selected items.
International Orders: For products shipped from China, shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Inside Bangladesh: Usually 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
From China: Typically 15–30 days — but we’ll keep you updated and share tracking details so you know where your order is at every step.
For local deliveries within Bangladesh, we use Sundarban Courier Service for safe and dependable delivery to your doorstep.
